What do you focus on?

Are you focusing on your weaknesses and putting yourself down? It’s easy to doubt yourself and feel that I’m nothing special. Negative self-talk generates negative energy. Even if you don’t ever say out loud what you think about yourself, people can sense it on an energetic level. Therefore, the negative self-talk will keep your dreams out of reach, hence blocking your success.
What to do instead: Be aware of your thoughts and the language you use towards yourself. When you notice negativity, make a list of five things that you are grateful about yourself as this will help shift your energy to be more positive!
